Week One: Getting Real & Knowing What You Want

In the first week we will really look at what we love about our life and what we would like to change. We will do a powerful exercise together (me too!) and focus all week on a few specific things. We look at goals, desires and practical powerful steps.
Focusing on what we really want is the only way to get it. Instead of being motivated from "I'm unhappy" (a reaction), we will focus on "I want joy and ease in my days", for example.
You will already feel a shift in week one!

Week Two: Food Week
Making food easy. Breaking free of rules, cravings, binges and emotional eating and learning to nourish your body. In week two we get into all things FOOD. I will be supporting you in focusing on the food we eat and how to be balanced, healthy and stress-free with food. You will learn what healthy eating is and how you don't need restrictions and rules. You will learn about eating intuitively and you will fully understand how to do that.

We will also be focusing on cravings, binges and emotional eating with lots of room for support and direct coaching. You will see how you really can get results AND eat the food you love at the same time.

Setting you up for success...with support. In week four we look at what it takes to create and maintain healthy habits and routines and HOW to start to manifest real, tangible change.
There are reasons why new habits don't always stick - and we are going to create ones that do. With support, guidance and inspiration each person will powerfully set up new habits that never make you feel overwhelmed because they come from self love, not punishment. How do we maintain feeling good? Are we supposed to stay high vibe all the time? What does this have to do with creating a new life? This week will change the way you look about your thoughts, feelings and routines. This is a powerful week! |

Week five is life changing. In this week, we dive deep into intuition and draw yours out of you. Even if you think you are not intuitive or have never tried - don't worry, you are and we can nurture it.
I will show you how to develop and practice these abilities so that you can have clarity, certainty and guidance whenever you need it. This can be guidance with food, exercise, what your body needs or anything in your life that you need clarity on.

You will have ample opportunity to ask me questions and even experience live 1:1 coaching if you haven't already or want to again! This week we cover everything you need to make a deep and lasting change. We will look at what to do when you feel yourself starting to slip, when you feel blocked or sabotage comes in and how to maintain this new way of thinking. |
This is the week that seals it all together and fills in any missing pieces and also you will try EFT, and incredible tool in releasing blocks and deep beliefs. All questions, struggles and blocks will be discussed. You will feel fully supported and ready to step into a new way of doing health, life and weight loss. This week you will feel and see the results pouring in.
